Soccer with Marat.
Short-form growth for sports & outdoor brands

You make the product. I make it go viral.

I build the video series that makes your product go viral, then hand your team the exact system to scale it.

Salt Athletic went from 50 to 16,000 followers. That's the series playing in the phone.

02What I do

I find the format. I prove it.
Then I hand it over.

Most brands with a good product don't have a posting problem. They have a format problem.

What's missing is a video series. A repeatable + redistrubutible video collection, engineered around your product, that performs every time you post it. That's what I build.

I test concepts on your accounts, filming, editing, and posting everything myself. When one series clearly outperforms everything you've posted before, I scale it, prove it's repeatable, then train your team to run it without me.

Who this is for

Sports and outdoor brands with a physical product, something a person can hold up on camera. You have a budget, and someone who can film.

Who this isn't for

If nobody at your company will go on camera, or there's no physical product, I'm not the right fit. I'll tell you that before the call rather than take waste your time.

03Client case
Case 01 / Salt Athletic [soccer gear]

50 followers to 16,000.

When we started, Salt's TikTok had about 50 followers.

I tested series concepts until one worked: do the trick, win the mystery bag. I filmed, edited, and posted it daily on their account. Once the numbers proved it was repeatable, I trained their videographer to shoot it and their on-camera person to run it.

Six months later: 15,000 followers and somewhere between 15 and 20 million views. Today: 16,000 and climbing.

Salt today continues on an ongoing retainer, and the second series is already working. [one video at 3.5 million views and 300,100 likes]

We built the tracking into the video.

A pizza shop isn't a sports brand, and that's exactly why this one matters. The method doesn't depend on the product. And this is the cleanest proof that views turn into revenue.

The hard part isn't getting views, it's proving the views turn into money. MOST people can't prove that.

So we built the tracking into the video itself. We created a dessert that wasn't on the menu, and a phrase you had to say to order it.

Every customer who said the phrase, was a customer that video sent.

That phrase was said thousands of times. The owner confirmed a supstantial jump in sales, and all from just one video. [19,200 new subscribers as well]

Case 03 / prove the method repeats

Same method. Two more series.
Every platform.

Before I sold this to anyone, I ran it on myself. Two series, built from zero, to answer one question: does the method repeat, or did I get lucky once.

The Say Nothing series. The 10-Second series. Same process both times: test concepts, find the outlier, scale it. The same series worked on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The platform doesn't matter. The series does.

Test the series, pin-point the outliers then scale.

06How it works

Finding the series takes three waves.

Every wave has one job: prove the results are repeatable before your team ever touches it.

Wave 01 The outlier hunt

Find the video that breaks your baseline.

I design series concepts around your product and test them on your accounts until one video pulls 5 to 10 times your normal views. If your videos average 3,000 views, I'm hunting for 15,000 or more. That video is the outlier, the signal we build on.

Wave 02 The repeat test

Prove it wasn't luck.

I produce 15 more videos of the outlier concept. If the numbers hold, we have a real series. If they don't, I go back to Wave 1 and keep hunting. That's my time, not your risk.

Wave 03 The lock-in

Validate it end to end.

A final 15-video run to stress-test the series before handoff. By the time it's yours, it has beaten your baseline three separate times. That redundancy is the point.

YOUR BASELINE THE OUTLIER — 5–10× EVERY BAR = ONE TEST VIDEO POSTED ON YOUR ACCOUNT

One video going viral is luck. A series is when it happens on purpose, three times in a row.

The Say Nothing series (real data) Typical short-form (illustrative)

This is what a working series looks like in the analytics. Most short-form videos lose half its viewers in the 3 three seconds. But a series holds them to the end.

Then it all becomes yours.

When the series is validated, I transfer the whole operation to your team. Not a report, but the actual machine. You keep:

01 / The Series Playbook

The complete recipe.

The concept, the hooks, the scripts, the shot-by-shot filming guide, and editing specs down to the cut, everything that makes the series work, documented.

02 / The Posting Flow Handbook

How to post, then analyze.

How to post, how to caption, and how to read your analytics, so that your team optimizes with data instead of guessing.

03 / Hands-on training

Your team, trained by me.

Guided working sessions with your videographer and your on-camera person: filming, editing, and posting together until they run it without me.

04 / The Winning Catalog

Every video, owned by you.

All three waves of videos are yours, and winning videos can be re-posted for years. That catalog is now an asset you own, not some marketing retainer that disappears every month.

I don't hand anything over until it's already working.

07Ways to work together

Three ways in.

THE SPRINT

Flagship · 3–6 month engagement

I find your winning series, prove it, then hand you the system to scale it no matter how many videos it takes. Some brands need 30 videos. Some need 120. I stay until it's proven.

What happens
  • Series testing across three waves, on your accounts, until one is validated
  • I film, edit, and post everything myself first, your team can take a break during this period.
  • The full handoff: Series Playbook, Posting Flow Handbook, and the Winning Catalog
  • Hands-on training sessions until your team runs it without me
  • Then you own all of it
The guarantee

I don't stop until your series is validated, and if it takes longer than planned, the extra work is on me, at no additional cost.

Validated means: the series repeatedly pulls 5–10× your baseline views, has cleared 1,000,000+ cumulative views, and has proven itself across three separate waves. Not one lucky video.

What you own when it's done
  • A repeatable content system. A full system that you can turn on to make viral videos whenever you want.
  • The content catalog. All the Winning videos we made which can be re-posted every few months, so the library we filmed keeps earning long after we're done.
  • Confidence in your socials. Social media isn't hard, and I will prove that to you with your own product to boost your confidence.
What you need in place
  • Someone who can film
  • Someone willing to be on camera
  • Someone who can post daily

No videographer? I'll source and train one for you [the series is designed to be teachable in about a week.]

I take on a few brands at a time, and only ones I'm confident I can win with.

GROWTH BLUEPRINT

Strategy + 30 days of support

The whole strategy for your brand, documented, plus a month of support while you run it yourself.

  • Deep Dive call. You tell me everything: what you're doing, what your infrastructure is, where you want to go. I listen.
  • One week of build. I go through all of it and build your strategy and the series to test.
  • Blueprint call. The strategy, the series concepts, example videos, and exactly what to film. We refine it until you're aligned.
  • 30 days of Daily Support. One response every day, as long and detailed as it needs to be.
  • Optimization call. We read your numbers together and refine the series.
  • Checklists and handbooks throughout.

You walk away knowing exactly what to film, what the numbers should look like, and what to change if they don't.

08The operator
Marat standing in a soccer jersey with his arms crossed

I'm Marat. I'm based in Colorado.

I'm not trying to be the face of your brand. My job is to build your brand a series, prove it works, then train your team to run it. Sometimes I'm on camera early to get things moving. Usually you are.

Every brand I take on gets me personally, in the strategy, behind the camera, and in the edit. That's why I only run a few engagements at a time.

09Questions

Asked and answered.

UGC creators make you videos. Agencies make you a content calendar. Both mean you're paying for output forever. I build one series that works, prove it's repeatable, and then teach your team to run it, so eventually you stop paying me.

You're refunded inside 48 hours, no questions.

Yes: the Sprint is guaranteed to end with a validated series: one that repeatedly pulls 5–10× your baseline and clears 1,000,000+ cumulative views. If it takes longer than planned, I keep building at no additional cost until it's there. That's the strongest guarantee I can make, because I'm the one doing the work.

Then this won't work for you, and I'd rather say so now. The series needs a person.

You shouldn't yet. That's what the call is for. If I don't think there's a series for your product, I'll tell you.

Everything I do is included in the engagement. The only thing you may need is a videographer if you don't already have one, and if you don't, I'll source and train one for you.

Almost none at the start. Your team does nothing until I've found the winner. I film, edit, and post the testing waves myself. Your people only step in at the handoff, when the series is already proven and worth their time.

No. As an athlete myself, I only work with sports and outdoor brands.

Yes. That's exactly what it's for.

You own the series and the catalog, and you can run it without me. Most brands repost the catelog every 2 to 3 months, earning even after we're done.

Book a call

If you've got a product and someone who can film, there's probably a series in it.

The call is twenty minutes. I'll tell you straight whether I think we can build a viral series around your brand and product.
