Soccer with Marat.
Short-form growth for sports brands

You make the product. I make it go viral.

I build one video format that works for your brand, prove it by posting it myself, then hand your team the system to scale it.

What I do

I find the format. I prove it.
Then I hand it over.

Most brands with a good product don't have a posting problem. They have a format problem.

They post consistently. The videos are fine. Nothing takes off. So they post more of the same, or they hire someone who makes them more of the same.

I do one thing. I find the video format that works for your specific product, I prove it works by posting it myself, and then I hand your team the system to run it without me.

Who this is for

Sports and outdoor brands with a physical product — something a person can hold up on camera. You have a budget, and you have someone who can film.

Who this isn't for

If nobody at your company will go on camera, or there's no physical product, I'm not the right fit. I'll tell you that on the call rather than take your money.

Case 01 / Salt — Soccer Gear

50 followers to 16,410.

When we started, Salt's TikTok had about 50 followers.

I tested concepts until one worked: do the trick, win the mystery bag. Then I posted it daily. Once it was clearly working, I trained their videographer to shoot it and their on-camera person to run it.

Six months later: 15,600 followers and somewhere between 15 and 20 million views. Today: 16,410 and climbing.

Salt didn't need a report to decide. They moved to an ongoing retainer and we're still scaling it. The second format is already working: one video at 3.5 million views and 300,100 likes.

Case 02 / Boulder, Colorado

We built the tracking into the video.

One video for a pizza shop in Boulder. 25,547,049 views. 19,200 new subscribers from that single video.

The hard part with short-form isn't views. It's proving the views turned into money. Most people can't.

So we built the tracking into the video. We made a dessert that wasn't on the menu and a phrase you had to say to order it. Every time someone said the phrase, we knew exactly which video sent them.

A lot of people said the phrase. The owner confirmed a significant jump in sales.

Case 03 / Built on my own, to prove the method repeats

Same method. Two series.
Every platform.

Before I sold this to anyone, I ran it on myself. Two series, built independently, to answer one question: does the method repeat, or did I get lucky once.

The Say Nothing series. The 10-Second series. Same process both times: test concepts, find the format, run it.

The same formats worked on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The platform doesn't matter. The format does.

These aren't client results. They're the proof that the method isn't luck.

How it works

Finding the format takes three waves.

Wave 01

Five concepts.

We're looking for a signal, not a hit.

Wave 02

Fifteen videos

on the concept that moved. This is where we find out whether it was the format or luck.

Wave 03

Fifteen more,

plus a strategic repost of everything from waves one and two. If it holds here, it's real.

One video going viral is luck. A format is when it happens on purpose, three times in a row.

Frame from the pizza video at zero seconds, a pizza held up to the camera
Frame from the pizza video at thirteen seconds, hands opening a foil-wrapped dessert
Frame from the pizza video at sixteen seconds, the finished dessert held in hand

78.5% stayed to watch / 0:26 avg on a 0:27 video

This is what a working format looks like in the analytics. Most short-form loses half its viewers in the first three seconds. A format holds them.

Then I hand it over, one format at a time.

I post the format first. Once it's clearly working, you get the playbook — a PDF, example videos, and the exact filming and editing specs. Then we run a guided session where I do it hands-on with your team. After that the format is yours and I step off it.

If we build a second format, you get the same handoff again.

I don't hand you a format until it's already working.

Offers

Three ways to work together.

THE SPRINT

$25,000

Two months. I find your format, prove it, and hand you the system to scale it.

What happens
  • Format testing across three waves until one is validated
  • I film, edit, and post first
  • Playbook handoff for each format: PDF, example videos, exact filming and editing specs
  • A guided session where I run it hands-on with your team
  • Then you own it
The guarantee

Within two months I find and validate your format. If I haven't, I keep working at no additional cost until I do.

Validated means the format has repeatedly beaten your baseline and cleared a million cumulative views. Not one lucky video.

What you own when it's done
  • The catalog. Every video is yours. On most platforms you can repost the same video every few months, so the library keeps working long after we're done.
  • The system. The documented format, so your team keeps producing without me.
  • The format itself. A repeatable way to make your product travel. That's an asset you own, not a marketing spend that disappears.
What you need in place
  • Someone who can film
  • Someone willing to be on camera
  • Someone who can post daily

If you don't have a videographer, I'll source and train one. The format is simple enough to teach in about a week. That's billed separately and depends on the quality level you want and whether travel is involved. The $25,000 covers my work.

Payable in two installments.

I take on a small number of Sprints, and only brands I think I can win with.

GROWTH BLUEPRINT

$3,000one-time

The whole strategy for your brand, documented, plus a month of support while you run it.

  • Deep Dive call. You tell me everything — what you're doing, what your infrastructure is, where you want to go. I don't give advice on this call. I listen.
  • One week. I go through all of it and build your strategy and the formats to test.
  • Blueprint call. The strategy, the formats, example videos, and exactly what to film. We refine it until you're aligned.
  • 30 days of Daily Support. One response every day, as long and detailed as it needs to be.
  • Optimization call. We read the numbers together and refine the format.
  • Checklists and PDFs throughout.

One payment. Most people charge this monthly.

You walk away with a complete documented system. I can't guarantee results for work I'm not doing. I can guarantee you'll know exactly what to do, what the numbers should look like, and what to change if they don't.

ONE VIDEO

$500

Ship me your product. I concept it, film it, edit it, and send it back ready to post.

  • One finished vertical video
  • One round of revisions
  • Delivered in seven days
  • Every project goes through a 48-hour acceptance window. If it isn't the right fit, you're refunded immediately.
  • Your $500 applies as credit toward anything else on this page.

The operator

I'm Marat. I'm based in Colorado.

I'm not trying to be the face of your brand. My job is to find the format, prove it works, and train your team to run it. Sometimes I'm on camera early to get things moving. Usually you are.

I work with a small number of brands at a time because the work is hands-on.

Questions

Asked and answered.

UGC creators make you videos. Agencies make you a content calendar. Both mean you're paying for output forever. I build one format that works and then teach your team to run it, so eventually you stop paying me.

Then this won't work for you, and I'd rather say so now. The format needs a person.

For the Sprint, I guarantee a validated format and I keep working until we have one. For the Blueprint, I guarantee you walk away with a complete documented system. I don't guarantee results for work I'm not doing.

You shouldn't yet. That's what the call is for. If I don't think there's a format for your product, I'll tell you.

It covers my work. If you need a videographer sourced and trained, that's billed separately and depends on the quality level and whether travel is involved. There's nothing else.

Less than you'd think at the start. I post first. Your team only takes over a format once it's already working, so nobody films into the void.

You're refunded inside 48 hours, no questions. I only make videos I actually believe in.

Rarely. Sports and outdoor products are what I know, and it's why the results are what they are.

Yes. That's exactly what it's for.

You own the format and the catalog and you can run it without me. Some brands do. Some keep me on. We work that out at the end, not now.

Book a call

If you've got a product and someone who can film, there's probably a format for it.

The call is twenty minutes. I'll tell you straight whether I think there is.
